Bargue Plate I-14 Main du Faucheur (Reaper's Hand)

The Reaper's Hand is a drawing of a moving hand, represented in three progressive stages.

The Bargue plate has been carefully restored before being printed in lithography at full-size and high-resolution, so that it can be made available to art students as it was originally in the 19th century.

Printed on a 19th-century lithographic press, on grey-blue tinted fine art paper (350g). Ideal for charcoal or graphite pencil copying.

This plate is available in two different paper sizes:

- size of the original 19th-century plate, 17 in x 24 in, representing the model in value and its block-in step.
- reduced size 12 in x 16 in, showing only the model in its original size.
